Michelin star-winning chef Thierry Verrat will be popping up in Bahrain

Five-star beach resort ART Rotana at Amwaj Islands will host Verrat for five days

Five-star beach resort ART Rotana at Amwaj Islands will host French Michelin star-winning chef Thierry Verrat from April 10 to 15 at Flames Steak & Seafood Restaurant. Verrat has spent 23 years honing his culinary art at his French restaurant La Ribaudière in Bourg Charente, which has been awarded one Michelin star.

In Bahrain, Verrat will present an a la carte menu during his pop-up, with dishes such as seabass tartare with herring caviar, lobster dumplings, tomahawk steak with bone marrow smoked and flavoured with pine needles, and his famous ‘Not Your Usual’ lemon tart.

In addition, there’ll be a special set menu offered on April 12, for BD 50 per person, plus taxes, with drinks pairing. Bon appetit.
